You've likely come across this site because, like me, you can't eat any foods in the allium family, such as onions, garlic, chives, or leeks. I'm creating this blog because it can sometimes be frustrating to find healthy, delicious recipes without these ingredients. Unfortunately for us, it is often not a choice to eliminate these foods, so we must do our best.
The purpose of this blog is to collect recipes that meet my specific dietary needs. For me, that means nothing in the onion/garlic family as well as no fruit (minimal fruit juice and zests exempt), sugar or sweeteners, or processed grains.
